Changes to VoS online reports/requests and Helpline hours over Christmas

The duration for which VoS requests, payment schedules and status reports will remain available on the VoS Online website has been increased to 25 days to take into account leave over the Christmas and New Year period; this will be changed back to 14 days on 2 February 2015.
Please also note; the StudyLink Helpline hours of operation for the phones will be 8am to 4pm from 24 December 2014 to 4 January 2015. We’ll return to normal (8am to 5pm) from 5 January 2015.
