We’ve changing the way we reset passwords for VoS Online.

The way you reset your password for VoS Online has changed, this change came into effect on 30 October. Instead of having a challenge question to reset your password you will be sent an email with a link to change your password.
The system was updated on 30 October. The first time you log in after this date you’ll be required to enter your email address, this can’t be a shared email address.
The system will prompt you with what you need to do.
