Using Connect to send documents to StudyLink

The fastest and easiest way for students to send us their documents is online using Connect, instead of having to post them to us.
Students can:
- go to www.connect.co.nz and login using their RealMe login
- upload their documents and tell us what these are (eg, identification for their name and date of birth)
- submit their documents.
Tips when submitting online:
- Double check students have all the documents we asked for.

Students need to tell us, their email address and name and client number.

Make sure any copies of evidence have been verified.
- Students have scanned or taken a clear photo (JPG, GIF) of all the documents – make sure that any photos are good quality and easy to read.
Connect is a tool provided by Techspace Connect Ltd and is only accessible from New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands. Connect is not covered under 'Cheap as' data
